Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse located at YIHE LLC, 30 N GOULD ST STE N, SHERIDAN WY 82801, USA, Monday through Friday, within 24-72 hours. During holidays, restocks, and new product launches, there may be brief delays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $49.99 within the USA!
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Hawaii and Alaska are not included in our shipping areas.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
We do offer gift wrapping, but it comes with an additional charge! Please make sure to add the gift box and handwritten note before checkout to ensure your order is packaged in a gift box. Items will be neatly packed in our signature AuraBlyss box, brand tissue paper, and a note card, along with a custom handwritten note (if provided during checkout).
Can I change my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to cancel orders once placed, especially on launch days.
Do you accept returns?
AuraBlyss gladly accepts returns for products purchased from Return & Refund Policy. If you purchased from a retailer, please contact them directly.
To return an item, please visit our Returns Center.
Enter your order number and email address, phone number, or zip code on the Returns Center page, then click "Start a Return."
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your address and select the items you wish to return.
Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.
Upon approval of your return, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Products must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging within 30 days from the order date.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you by email. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after receiving the return.
Final sale items are non-returnable. This includes any products marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase.
